One of the things you should do when out for a walk is to look down once in a while at the ground under your feet. While you are busy looking around and living your hectic life, there is a whole tiny world going on beneath you that we often forget about. It helps me to stay grounded when I spend time realizing that I am alive and walking on this incredible planet along with so many other creatures!
