There customer and support service has gone so far downhill, I would say it's non-existent. It was good at one time - I'll give them that. It seems in my time with them, I would have at least a twice-a-year problem where my back-ups weren't backing up. And this year, getting help was infuriating. There were times I thought my 140GB were back-up and then one day, it only showed 80GB and started backing up all over (it could take DAYS to a week to back-up 60GB to Mozy). My advice - stay away. After my neighbor, and my sister came to me with their blown-up hard drives (Help!) I decided I'd better do something. Yeah, the upload takes a while, but once it's done it's not a big deal.
