Pageonce. Keeps track of all your bills and accounts. It will give you a summary of your gas bill, electric bill, at&t bill, sky miles and netflix que all on one page. If you want to go to the website to see more details you just click it. It also sends you reminders about when bills are due.

I love To Do's-- it's a free, super simple to-do list app that I use daily. I also recently discovered Listomni for a more advanced way of making/keeping lists-- the one app lets me make grocery shopping lists, lists of books, movies, music I want, recipes, fuel economy log, etc, plus you can make up your own lists. It also has an internal "dictionary" so it guesses (fairly accurately, too) what you're trying to type, so it all goes fast. It's a $7 or $8 app but has been worth every penny so far.

Thanks for sharing this list! I already love and use Evernote, but am checking out a few others on your list that look promising. =)

I use Trunk to run a wiki on my iPhone, and everything goes into it to keep me organized. I can connect to the wiki from my desktop (Windows or Mac or Linux) and edit or update whatever I need.

I have three amazing apps that do a majority of my organizing. I use Simplenote for note taking, Things for lists and task management and iCal (Calendar on the iPhone) for scheduling. What's great is that all three of these have desktop applications so everything stays in sync. I unfortunately would be lost without my iPhone.
